How do you mentally prepare for a performance?

As performers, being mentally prepared is equally important to being physically good to go.  Imagine yourself as a Jedi harnessing the Force to ensure you don't waiver when the pressure is on.  Make sure you're not making grocery lists, judging yourself or forgetting your steps during a show.
