Last year Brittany Dugan a Toronto dancer turned writer dropped by our Trout Lake Creative Collaborations class. She was tracing the history and benefits of community dance in Vancouver. 

Her recent article in the Dance Current sheds awareness on the momentum of the community engaged practice particularly with marginalized folks like those down at Carnegie in the lower Eastside.
